Food was fine and I have nothing but pleasant memories from this trip. I found the hotel's location good, next to the restaurant and the castle Chambord. It also was to one common area.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

Quaint village, modern guest rooms, separate dining and reception area. Deserted in off-season. Full professional kitchen. Newly renovated. Comfy beds, ideal room size, quiet. Friendly and accommodating host. Great location near Chambord. Beautiful main building and modern annex. Attentive English-speaking host. Fantastic restaurant with well-prepared food. Highly recommended.

Loved the terrace, perfect for people-watching while sipping my coffee. The restaurant had amazing French cuisine. And hey, they even had barbecue grills in case I felt like grilling my own dinner!
Oh, and let's not forget about the complimentary wired Internet that was slower than a snail on a treadmill. Brilliant!

We got great value for our money at La Clef Des Chateaux. The room was fantastic, with comfortable beds and modern amenities like charging sockets. The location was also convenient, especially for visiting Chambord. The staff treated us exceptionally well, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering more variety or adding some local specialties.
